Ana Kim began her studies at the Manhattan School of Music Preparatory Division and since then, her concert experiences range from an appearance on NPR’s From the Top radio show to performances at Carnegie Weill Hall. As an avid chamber musician, Ana has performed at the Kennedy Center as a member of the Kuttner Quartet and has been invited to perform at the Larzac, Manchester, and Utah Chamber Music Festivals. She has taken part in numerous music festivals, including the Yellowbarn, Verbier Academy, Music@Menlo, Perlman Music Program, and International Musicians Seminar at Prussia Cove.
Ms. Kim holds degrees from Indiana University and the Royal Northern College of Music, where she studied with János Starker and Ralph Kirshbaum and has studied in Barcelona with Lluis Claret. Ana is completing her Doctorate degree this year at the University of Southern California. Recently, she has been teaching and performing in various schools in the Napa Valley, California, including Pacific Union College as adjunct faculty, and performing in Symphony Napa Valley.
