Presto Piano Studio

Students from Presto Piano Studio, under the direction of pianist and teacher Jimmy Liu, will perform at Chatham University’s Laughlin Music Center on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 4:00 pm.

Presto Piano Studio includes students ages five through adult and focuses on both artistic excellence and a love of sharing music with the community. Studio performers have appeared at venues such as Weill Hall at Carnegie Hall, Heinz Hall, Carnegie Music Hall, and even atop Mt. Washington. Students also volunteer regularly at retirement communities throughout Pittsburgh, including Forward Shady, Friendship Village, and The Willows.

Many students have earned top marks in ABRSM examinations, local piano competitions, and community performances. They are honored to take part in this Music for Food concert at Chatham University and to share their music in support of a meaningful cause.
