Happy Shoes
Join FSU faculty and students in a performance of vibrant chamber music by Schubert, Hsu, and Schumann to benefit the FSU Food for Thought Pantry. 100% of proceeds will go directly to the pantry.
Building Bridges with Beethoven
“Building Bridges with Beethoven” started in 2018 as violinist Corinne Stillwell’s idea to perform all 16 Beethoven string quartets with students at FSU. Five years later, Stillwell, doctoral cello student Angelese Pepper, and Valdosta State professors Laurel and Kristin Pfeifer Yu, will complete the series with the glorious String Quartet in B-flat Major, Op. 130 with both the alternate Finale and the original ending, the Grosse Fugue, Op. 133. Celebrate Mother’s Day with these generous musicians and their powerful program to support FSU’s Food For Thought Pantry, which serves current FSU students facing food insecurity.
Building Back with the 3 B's
Violinists Corinne Stillwell and Carrie Holden, bassist George Speed, and three Florida State University students will perform a program of Bach for solo violin, Brahms’ string trio, and Beethoven’s string quartet Op. 59, No. 1, to benefit the FSU Food for Thought Food Pantry.
